By accessing or using PromptPeel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

PromptPeel provides an AI-powered keyword research and analysis tool. The service is provided on a credit-based system where users purchase digital consumables to access the underlying AI API (Google Gemini).

3. Strict Usage Bans (Crucial)

To protect the integrity of our service and our underlying AI infrastructure, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

  • Automated Botting: Using scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the PromptPeel UI or API endpoints.
  • Web Scraping: Scraping, extracting, or harvesting data from the PromptPeel interface or results pages.
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or discover the underlying prompts, algorithms, or AI configurations used by PromptPeel.
  • Prohibited Content: Using the tool to generate, search for, or process illegal, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, or explicitly NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. This is strictly enforced to comply with Google Gemini API terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The PromptPeel service, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by PromptPeel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PromptPeel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
