1. Digital Consumables

PromptPeel operates on a credit-based system where users purchase digital API credits ("Digital Consumables") to perform searches and generate data. Due to the nature of these digital goods and the immediate costs incurred by our underlying AI infrastructure (Google Gemini API) upon usage, our refund policy is strictly defined.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all credit package purchases, subject to one strict condition: You must have used exactly zero (0) credits from the purchased package.

If you purchase a package and decide within 14 days that PromptPeel is not for you, and you have not initiated a single search or "peel" using those newly acquired credits, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Strict Non-Refundable Usage

Once a single search or "peel" is performed using credits from a purchased package, the purchase becomes strictly final and non-refundable.

Because AI API costs are incurred instantly and irreversibly the moment a query is processed, we cannot offer partial refunds or refunds for packages where any portion of the credits has been consumed. This policy is required to maintain the sustainability of our service and complies with our Merchant of Record (Paddle) guidelines for digital consumables.

4. Subscription Renewals

If you are on a recurring subscription plan that automatically replenishes your credits, the same rules apply to each renewal cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. However, a refund for a recent renewal charge is only possible within 14 days of the charge AND if zero (0) credits from that specific renewal allocation have been used.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible conditions outlined above, please contact our support team at hello@promptpeel.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your account email and the transaction receipt.
